Riverstone is Fort Bend County's new luxury waterside community.
Just three miles south of US-59 on Highway 6, Riverstone is master-planned for 5,000 homes and 16,000 residents. The community is planned for over 250 acres of lakes and 500 acres of open space, parklands and recreational facilities. Over 24 miles of pedestrian walkways and trails will connect 74 different planned neighborhoods, and more than half of the community is wooded with large pecan trees and hardwoods.
With homes from the $200's to over $3 million, Riverstone is proud to offer a selection of Houston's finest builders including Ashton Woods, Coventry, Emerald and Trendmaker Homes; and custom homes by Bayou Bend, Sterling Classics, Steve Fuqua and Westport. The custom homes, many on lakefront homesites, are built within a gated enclave featuring private streets.
University Boulevard will be one of the community's major thoroughfares. When complete it will be a connecting route between Highway 6 and U.S. 59-South, where the University of Houston has their Sugar Land campus.
