Originating in Houston, Carrabbas is one of the most popular Italian Restaurant chains in the nation. The famous Restaurant was founded by Johnny Carabba and Damian Mandola in 1986 in Houston, Texas. The two men came from Restaurant families and their Restaurant was a smash-hit immediately. With their Restaurant?s popularity, Johnny and Damian were offered a franchising deal by Outback Steakhouse in 1993, which allowed them to launch their restaurant chain nationally.
